Am I going to be bartender?

Whoa~ What a day for me, im going to handle 300 customer and buffet, today??!!! Actually,I did not know what happened to me on today because without any assists from my colleague, i did success prepare all the plates and items for HI-TEA normally held on Saturday and Sunday... If you are buffetier, you will tension because as a buffetier, you will do not have any assistances from your colleague and other people. Everyday, we need to plan for our item before busy and not busy but the buffet's item are hard to handle because need to remember all the places. Meanwhile, need to set and close the buffet. If the time management was wrong, you are going "GG" and get scolded. Firstly, i also do not believe how did i do that today. After the Hi-Tea started, i done it like normal but when every time that coffee house was busy sure got people come to my place and complain. It was weird today, no one come to complain and everytime i refill the dinner plates and dessert plate. All the items in buffet still available for the customer. I was so happy to see that scene because i succeded to get enough mise en place for this time and my supervisor and colleagues tell me that i was good. Hehe, when i hear those and smile inside of me. And then, the supervisor told me that i can be the bartender? Firstly, i was so shock to hear because i just being the buffetier for less than 1 month and my supervisor asked me like that. There is a lot of thing, i need in buffetier because being this pose like a manager to a buffet. It was so interesting because neeed to plan, fast, patience and smart!

However, i was so happy to hear what my Sup told me. I just scared that i still not capable yet to be the bartender because preparing drinks, recap, order items and a lot of paper works need to be done when i am bartender. So far, i still do not know the chances to get this pose. I hope that i able get it because a lot of things that i can learn. I did not believe my dream was one step closer but i do not want it so fast reach it. Sometime, we need to patience to wait and brushed your butt before being other's head.. Back's talkings are sensitive to me, i hate it and i do not like to do it. So, i need to get a lot of knowledge to do it! Im Coming~
